Taking your hard earned money away for a non valid reason and not returning it is very stressful." Deputy Inspector Cirabisi was alerted at the Police Precinct Meeting back in the spring. He had pointed out that the District Attorney was on the case. Lalicata has a date with the judge on August 27th.
